نحيي في هذه الأيام الذكرى السنوية الثالثة عشرة لانطلاق الثورة السورية العظيمة، ثورة الحرية والكرامة التي جمعت كل أطياف الشعب، حيث خرج السوريون ليعبروا عن مطالبهم بأسلوب حضاري من خلال المظاهرات السلمية.
ورغم شرعية المطالب وسلمية التعبير جاء رد نظام الأسد المجرم وشبيحته بالرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين العزل، وعند فشله في إخماد ثورة السوريين استعان النظام المجرم بالميليشيات الطائفية وحلفائه في الإجرام لتدمير البلاد وقتل الشعب وتهجيره. ورغم كل الإجرام والوحشية فقد خابت كل المحاولات في قهر إرادة السوريين أو النيل من عزيمتهم.
في ذكرى الثورة المباركة اليوم، نتوجه بالتحية لجميع السوريات والسوريين الأحرار في كل مكان، ونستذكر تضحيات الشهداء وآلام المعتقلين ومعاناة المهجرين لتزيدنا قوة وعزيمة على التمسك بمبادئ الثورة وقيمها النبيلة، كما نتقدم بالشكر للدولة التركية حكومة وشعباً على وقوفها المستمر إلى جانب الشعب السوري لتحقيق أهدافه المشروعة.
ثلاثة عشر عاماً مرت بما فيها من آلام وتحديات، وما زالت الثورة مستمرة لأنها تعبير صادق نابع من ضمير كل سوري حر وقف مع أبناء شعبه للخلاص من الاستبداد واستعادة الحقوق، وكلنا أمل بالخلاص من هذه العصابة المجرمة والنصر وبناء سورية الحرة التي تقوم على احترام حقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون ودولة المؤسسات والمواطنة.
Statement
On the Thirteenth Anniversary of the Blessed Syrian Revolution
We commemorate in these days the thirteenth anniversary of the great Syrian revolution, the revolution of freedom and dignity that brought together all segments of the people. The Syrians went out to the streets to express their demands in a civilized manner through peaceful demonstrations
Despite the legitimacy of their demands and the peaceful expression, the criminal Assad regime and its thugs responded with live ammunition against unarmed protesters. When the regime failed to suppress the revolution of the Syrians, it resorted to sectarian militias and its criminal allies to destroy the country, kill the people, and displace them. Despite all the crimes and brutality, every attempt to break the will and determination of the Syrians has been in vain
On the blessed anniversary of the revolution today, we salute all free Syrian men and women everywhere. We remember the sacrifices of the martyrs, the suffering of the detainees, and the plight of the displaced. These only strengthen our strength and determination to adhere to the principles and noble values of the revolution. We also express our gratitude to the Turkish government and people for their continuous support of the Syrian people in achieving their legitimate goals
Thirteen years have passed, filled with pain and challenges, and the revolution is still ongoing because it is a sincere expression that stems from the conscience of every free Syrian who stood with his people to be liberated from tyranny and regain their rights. We all hope to be liberated from this criminal gang, achieve victory, and build a free Syria based on respect for human rights, the rule of law, a state of institutions, and citizenship
