يواصل نظام الأسد سياسة الانتقام من الشعب السوري بشتى الوسائل، وآخرها إقرار قانون يسمح بالاستيلاء على الأموال المنقولة وغير المنقولة التي صادرتها محاكمه وخاصة ما يسمى بمحكمة الإرهاب، حيث يبيح له هذا القانون نقل ملكيتها بشكل نهائي إلى عصاباته.

إن هذا القانون ما هو إلا "شرعنة" لجريمة سلب ممتلكات السوريين، كما أنه ينتهك مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، لكونه يستهدف بشكل مباشر ملايين المعارضين الذين تم تلفيق تهم الإرهاب لهم وجرت محاكمتهم حضورياً أو غيابياً أمام ما يسمى بمحكمة الإرهاب التي لا تلتزم بأي أصول قانونية وتتحكم بها عصابات الأمن المجرمة، وهو في نفس الوقت يستهدف أيضاً أملاك كل من هو متواجد في خارج سوريا من رجال الأعمال وأصحاب الأملاك الذين لم يقفوا إلى جانب النظام.

وبإصدار هذا القانون فإن نظام الأسد المجرم يؤكد على أنه لن يقبل بعودة السوريين الذين قام بتهجيرهم ومصادرة ممتلكاتهم نهائياً، مما يعكس رغبته في تثبيت التغيير الديموغرافي الذي سعى إلى تحقيقه منذ بداية حربه ضد الشعب السوري.

لما تقدم فإننا نؤكد على أن هذا النظام المجرم لم ولن يقبل بأي حل سياسي يحقق للسوريين مطالبهم المحقة ويضمن عودتهم الكريمة إلى ديارهم، ولا بد من إسقاط هذه الطغمة المجرمة ومحاسبتها على جرائمها وتحقيق العدالة للشعب السوري. كما أننا ندعو المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية إلى التحرك الفوري لوقف تنفيذ هذا القانون وإنصاف السوريين وحماية حقوقهم.

Statement on the Approval of a Law Allowing the Syrian Regime to Confiscate the Assets of Syrians

The Assad regime continues its policy of revenge against the Syrian people through various means, with the latest being the approval of a law allowing the confiscation of movable and immovable assets seized by its courts, particularly the so-called "terrorism court." This law permits the regime to permanently transfer ownership of these assets to its criminal networks

This law is nothing more than the "legalization" of the crime of robbing the properties of Syrians. Furthermore, it violates the principles of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, as it directly targets millions of opposition members who have been falsely accused of terrorism. They have faced trials, either in person or in absentia, before the so-called terrorism court, which does not adhere to any legal principles and is controlled by criminal security gangs. Simultaneously, it also targets the assets of businesspeople and property owners abroad who did not align themselves with the regime

By enacting this law, the criminal Assad regime reaffirms that it will not accept the return of Syrians whom it has displaced and whose properties it has seized permanently. This reflects its desire to solidify the demographic changes it has sought to achieve since the beginning of its war against the Syrian people

In light of the above, we emphasize that this criminal regime will not accept any political solution that fulfills the just demands of the Syrians and ensures their honorable return to their homes. It is mandatory to overthrow this criminal clique, hold it accountable for its crimes, and achieve justice for the Syrian people. We call on the international community and human rights organizations to take immediate action to stop the implementation of this law, uphold the rights of Syrians, and protect their interests
