تستمر روسيا في غزوها الشامل لأوكرانيا التي تواجه بشجاعة الإجرام والغطرسة الروسية والأحلام التوسعية وسياسات "بوتين" الساعية لتنصيب حكومة عميلة على الشعب الأوكراني وسلبه لحريته وقراره وسيادته.

إننا في الحكومة السورية المؤقتة إذ نتضامن مع الشعب الأوكراني والحكومة الشرعية في دفاعها المشروع ونضالها الوطني بوجه الغزو نؤكد على أن أنصار الحرية في العالم مدعوون للوقوف بشكل جدي وحاسم في وجه انتهاك القانون الدولي وسياسة روسيا في قمع الشعوب ونهب ثرواتها والاستيلاء على قرارها الوطني من خلال عملاء على سدة الحكم، ليس في أوكرانيا فحسب بل في كل مكان.

وقد كان السوريون ومازالوا يواجهون جحيم الآلة العسكرية الروسية التي ارتكبت آلاف جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الانسانية بحقهم على مرأى من العالم ومؤسساته، وإذ نتضامن اليوم مع الشعب الأوكراني كالتزام أخلاقي وإنساني وقانوني؛ فإننا أيضاً أكثر الشعوب التي تدرك معنى الاجرام والوحشية التي يتعرضون لها اليوم كوننا شركاء في الألم والذاكرة الحية للإجرام الروسي.

ونذكر بأن مقاتلونا الأبطال في الجيش الوطني وفي تشكيلات الجيش الحر على مدار سنوات الثورة السورية قد خاضوا معركة طويلة مشرفة للدفاع عن قيم الحرية والعدالة ومازالوا يواجهون العدوان الروسي والمليشيات الايرانية ببسالة وشجاعة وصمود وتصميم رغم ضعف الإمكانات العسكرية وغياب الدعم الدولي الحقيقي والفيتو على امتلاكها للأسلحة النوعية.

نأمل أن يدرك الجميع أن ثورة السوريين ومعركتهم لا تنفصل عن قيم الانسانية وحضارتها ومصالحها، وعليه يجب أن تستدرك القوى الدولية خطأها جراء موقفها السلبي أمام الإجرام الروسي في سوريا وعدم تقديم المساندة والدعم المطلوب للثوار السوريين، وأن ذلك قد فتح الباب أمام طموحات توسعية أكبر والتي ستستمر إذا لم تواجه بحزم.

إن دعم الجيش الوطني بالسلاح النوعي كفيل بهزيمة نظام الأسد وحلفائه وبوقف مهزلة افلات المجرمين من العقاب وتعميم فكرة قهر إرادة الشعوب وفرض حكومات استبدادية على جماجم وأشلاء المدنيين.

Statement on the Russian invasion of Ukraine

Russia is continuing its comprehensive invasion of Ukraine, which is bravely confronting Russian criminality, arrogance, expansionist dreams, and Putin's policies that seek to install a puppet government on the Ukrainian people and strip them of their freedom, decision and sovereignty

The Syrian Interim Government stands in solidarity with the Ukrainian people and its legitimate government in its legitimate self-defense and national struggle against the invasion. We affirm that the supporters of freedom in the world are called to stand seriously and decisively in the face of the violation of international law and Russia’s policy of suppressing peoples, looting their wealth and seizing their national decision through agents in power; not only in Ukraine but everywhere

The Syrians have been facing the inferno of the Russian military machine, which committed thousands of war crimes and crimes against humanity against them in full view of the world and the international institutions. Today, we stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian people as a moral, humanitarian and legal obligation. Today, we are the people who are most aware of the crime and brutality to which they are subjected to, as we are accomplices in the pain and living memory of Russian criminality

We recall that our heroic fighters of the National Army and the formations of the Free Army over the years of the Syrian revolution have fought a long and honorable battle to defend the values of freedom and justice. They are still facing the Russian aggression and Iranian militias with valor, courage, steadfastness and determination despite the weak military capabilities and the absence of real international support and veto over its possession of qualitative weapons

We hope that everyone realizes that the Syrians’ revolution and their battle are inseparable from the values of humanity and its civilization and even its interests. Accordingly, the international powers must rectify their mistake due to their negative stance in the face of Russian crime in Syria and the failure to provide the required support to the Syrians’ revolution. That attitude has opened the door to greater expansionist ambitions, which will persist if it is not faced firmly

Supporting the national army with qualitative weapons is enough to defeat the Assad regime and its allies, stop the farce of impunity for criminals, and spread the idea of subjugating the will of the people and imposing tyrannical governments on the skulls and body parts of civilians
